The rug itself turned out fine, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but the box arrived a bit torn up. Luckily, nothing was damaged inside. Overall I’m happy with the rug, I just think the packaging could use a little more care

"Good rug for the price"
and I’m happy with the rug I got from Rugs Express. I wasn’t expecting anything too fancy, but it looks really nice in the room.
The price was better than a few other places I’d looked at, and for what I paid, the quality is solid. It feels decent underfoot and doesn’t look cheap.
Delivery was straightforward too, no issues or hassle. Overall, I’d say it was a good buy for the money and I’d probably order from them again.

"Return Was More Trouble Than It Was Worth"
I ordered a rug from rugsexpress.com.au after a friend recommended checking them out, but unfortunately it didn’t look the same once I had it in my room. I reached out to ask about returning it, and the replies were slow and didn’t really give me much confidence or clear help.
I felt like I had to keep chasing things myself, which made the whole process frustrating. On top of that, the return cost ended up making it feel not worth sending back. I don’t think I’d order from them again

"Rug quality wasn’t what I expected"
I bought a rug from rugsexpress.com.au and, to be honest, I was disappointed when it arrived. From the photos, I assumed it would feel a bit more solid and better made, but in person it felt quite thin and cheap.
After just a few days, the edges started curling and I also noticed some loose threads, which I wouldn’t expect from a brand new rug. Maybe I just got unlucky, but based on this one, I’d probably avoid buying from them again

"Disappointed by the lack of updates"
I’ve been a loyal customer and usually really like this brand, so I was surprised by how frustrating this order was. I didn’t get any updates and had to keep reaching out just to find out what was going on. I still want to stick with them because I’ve had good experiences before, but the communication this time really let me down

I tried using the website, but it was a pain. Pages were loading slow, the filters didn’t make much sense to me, and the checkout kept glitching. I even tried to find same rug twice and just gave up in the end

I reached out to customer service hoping they could clear things up, but the replies took a long time and didn’t really answer my questions. From my experience, it felt less like support and more like I was just being passed along without any real help.

I was hoping to find something nice for my living room, but the range felt limited. When I asked if there were more options or anything they could suggest, I mostly got the usual “it’s our policy” kind of answer, which was frustrating. Just felt like there wasn’t much flexibility or variety
